Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible
TPJL Chromotec Printing Services, 2223 Dimasalang St., Sta. Cruz, Manila, Philippines ("we") runs Kreathena and ChromoLab and decides how your personal data is used. For privacy questions or requests, email Kreathena.chromotec@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
- When you subscribe: your name, email address, mobile number, the plan you chose, and your computer's machine code (a short code made by the Kreathena macro or add-in).
- Payments: PayMongo collects your card or Maya details. We never see or store them. We keep PayMongo's customer and subscription references and the record of each payment (amount, date, status).
- Using Kreathena: your license status, the number of shirts in each export, the job name you give it, and the dates. The roster and layout settings you send are used to produce your layout. We do not use them for anything else.
- ChromoLab accounts: your email address, a hashed (not readable) password, your credit balance and job records, and images you upload.
- Technical data: your IP address and request details, used for security and to prevent abuse.
3. Why we use it
To provide your plan, send your license key and receipts, process your payments and refunds, count your shirts, stop license sharing, keep the service secure, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who else handles it
- PayMongo processes Kreathena card and Maya payments and refunds.
- Stripe processes ChromoLab credit-pack payments (until they are moved to PayMongo).
- Resend delivers our emails (license keys, receipts, notices).
- Railway hosts our servers, database and file storage.
- An AI image service (Kie.ai) receives copies of the images you submit to ChromoLab tools that use it. Kreathena does not send your roster to it.
These providers handle data only to do their job for us. We may also share data when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Uploaded ChromoLab files, and files created on our server, are deleted after 48 hours. Subscription, payment and license records are kept while your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons. After that they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) you may ask to see your data, correct it, object to its use, or have it erased, and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Email Kreathena.chromotec@gmail.com to make a request. We will reply as soon as we can.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are hashed, license keys are tied to your computer, and card details never reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Children
Kreathena and ChromoLab are for businesses and adults. Do not use them if you are under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we will tell you by email or in the app.
