Terms of service
1. Who we are
Kreathena and ChromoLab are run by TPJL Chromotec Printing Services, a sole proprietorship at 2223 Dimasalang St., Sta. Cruz, Manila, Philippines ("we", "us"). Email: Kreathena.chromotec@gmail.com. By buying a Kreathena plan, starting the free trial, or creating a ChromoLab account you agree to these terms.
2. What Kreathena is
Kreathena is a tool for CorelDRAW that turns a team roster (names and numbers) into print-ready shirt layouts. It is sold as a subscription. The software is licensed to you, not sold. A license lets one shop use Kreathena on one computer.
3. Free trial
The free trial gives you 100 shirts or 2 days, whichever comes first. It is given once per computer and once per account. It is never renewed or restarted. When it ends, you need a paid plan to keep exporting.
4. Plans and prices
- Starter: ₱1,499 a month, 400 shirts a month.
- Pro: ₱3,499 a month, 1,000 shirts a month.
- Max: ₱5,499 a month, unlimited shirts.
All prices are in Philippine pesos. You can be billed every 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. A 1, 3 or 6 month billing costs the monthly price times the number of months. A 12-month billing costs 10 months and gives you 12 (2 months free).
Shirts are counted per calendar month, Philippine time. The count restarts on the 1st of each month. A shirt is counted when an export is approved. Unused shirts do not carry over.
5. Payment and automatic renewal
- Payments are made by card or Maya and are processed by PayMongo. We never see or keep your card number.
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged to the same card or Maya account, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time on the Manage page (a secure link is emailed to you), or by removing the subscription in your Maya app. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If a renewal payment fails, PayMongo tries again. Your plan keeps working for 4 days after the paid-through date while it retries. If payment still fails, the license ends.
- If we ever change a price, it applies from your next billing after we tell you by email.
6. Your license key
After you pay, your license key is shown on the thank-you page and emailed to you. Take a screenshot or keep the email. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive. Your key works only on the computer whose machine code you gave us. To move to a new computer, email us.
Do not share, copy or resell your key. We may switch off a license that is shared or abused.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered in the refund policy. Every refund is reviewed and approved by us personally.
8. Your files and roster data
You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the print files you make. You give us permission to process your roster and layout settings only to produce your layouts. You promise that you have the right to use what you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights, including copyright and trademark.
9. Acceptable use
Do not try to bypass the license, the shirt count or the one-computer lock, copy or reverse engineer the software, attack or overload the service, or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend a license that does.
10. Checking your work
Kreathena arranges layouts automatically. Check every layout, name and number before you print. We are not responsible for printing errors or wasted materials.
11. ChromoLab credit tools
ChromoLab also offers AI image tools paid for with credit packs. Each tool shows its credit cost before you run it. Credits are taken when a job starts and returned automatically if the job fails or does not finish within 20 minutes. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. AI results can vary and can contain mistakes, so check each result before you use it. Uploaded files and files created on our server are deleted after 48 hours.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. We may update the software, plans, prices and these terms. If we make a material change we will tell you by email or in the app.
13. Limits on our liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Kreathena is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost orders or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Manila.
